I aim to help you find yourself again and be the person you have always wanted to be. 

Here, you will be provided with down-to-earth, straightforward information to help you understand why your past has affected you and how to move forward.

A good starting point for this course is to look at your addiction and the part it plays in your life. 
If you’ve already made the choice to stop drinking and feel fully committed to your decision, your answers will add to your motivation but if you‘re not sure about staying stopped, perhaps the process of answering these questions could help tip you towards change.
Use your journal to write your answers and perhaps you could share them with a trusted friend or support group!.
